Our team was contacted today by a homeowner dealing with a pesky kitchen line backup. A real headache to deal with, those backups can be a real day ruiner. So, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work to restore the harmony in their home. We used our trusty Rigid K9-12, a tried-and-true piece of machinery, to successfully clear and snake the line. Our team just wrapped up a job replacing a failed Takagi tankless water heater. The customer reached out to us after noticing that their old unit wasn’t working properly and paying high energy bills. Our solution was to swap out the old Takagi with a more efficient Navien condensation unit. We primarily used two items — RX Descaler and viega press fittings, both known for their excellence in performance and durability. We swung by a customer’s property today since they were having a bit of a problem with their irrigation drip system. After a quick look, we discovered that the drip line was broken and the irrigation clock was not scheduled properly. Luckily, we had just the right fix for this! We used a high-quality product from Rainbird to repair the broken line and readjusted the clock to ensure efficient watering. Now, their lawn will receive just the right amount of water and no more worries about over or under watering. Job done and dusted!

We had a great opportunity to work with a client who got in touch with us for issues with air in the recirculating line hindering the smooth functioning. Not just that, a non-connected power vent was also part of the concerns. After understanding their requirements, we got down to work using our viega press fittings, a top-notch product that’s always reliable. With this, we added a new hose bib, sorted the air issues by releasing it and also got the power vent connected. We also installed new shut off valves to isolate the recirculating system. Today, a customer reached out to us with some issues with their old water heater and water softener that urgently needed replacement! We decided to install a brand new tankless water heater – the Navien NPE-240S2 (NG), a top-notch, efficient choice. To further enhance their setup, we also added the Navien Condensation Neutralizer for that extra layer of safety. We replaced the old GE water softener with the Halo Water System Filter, a powerful and reliable system that’ll soften even the hardest water. To wrap up the job, a new whole sediment filter was also fitted into the system. Oh! And a hardwater service bypass was handled as well. Quite a day, we must say! Pure, softened, and safe water is now the least of our customer’s worries.

Just finished another job where we got called on the scene to rebuild a water service manifold along with a dedicated irrigation shutoff valve. We spent the day installing an impressive 180 feet of new water line for two backyard hose bibs. Truly rewarding work and the homeowner was stoked on the results! The main tool of the day was our Viega Press fittings – an absolute lifesaver and so reliable for projects of this scale. Just finished great work over here in Menlo Park, CA! A good fellow reached out to us with an issue of extremely high water pressure at a whopping 149 PSI. Clearly, it was a serious cause for concern! We immediately got to judge and decided a PRV replacement was necessary. Without wasting any time, we got on it.
